Mixing it up a bit is a smart choice, no matter what sort of fitness routine you are abiding to. There are multiple rationalizations for this. To start with, working out in the same manner over and over again can become humdrum and boring as time goes on. Once you reach a stage of boredom, it starts to lose your attention and you become tempted to stop. An additional justification is that your body reacts nicely when switching up the sort of resistance you are offering it. For instance, when you perform resistance training, your muscles become accustomed to certain kinds of exercise, like the bench press. Yet, if you vary your workout, by using an inclined bench press, the unfamiliar angle will cause your muscles to exercise in a slightly different manner. It is clever to modify things, on account that this rule works well for all kinds of workout regimens.

In fact, you’ll probably find that you can’t handle as much weight with a kettle bell as with a regular dumbbell The kettle bells are especially great for making extra hard work on some of the muscles that do not usually get a workout. If you have never used them before, it may be a good idea to have a person who has used them before, demonstrate the right way to handle them.
Instead of not wanting to work out, there are some people that actually over train and do too much. This is a mistake some beginners make, as they want to make fast progress. You can actually harm your body by working out too much, especially if your workout routine goes on for too long.
